We loved everything about our stay. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool was such an absolute joy to have and enjoy. We definitely loved the jacuzzi after long days in the parks. The beds were so comfy. The communication with the owner was awesome. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
- Free cancellation deadlines are in the property’s timezone.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We are a family that annually visits Orlando, we have stayed in a number of communities in Davenport typically we prefer to stay in a gated community and had some apprehensions.
But when we got to the property we were relieved to find that it had security cameras. it was a very nice neighbourhood and the communication with Maggie was awesome . She was very attentive and responded quickly to a few concerns we had.
