- Pool heat is $30/day that will need to be paid at least 2 days prior to checking in so that we can get it turned on and heated prior to check in.
- Non-negotiable cleaning fee of $170 will be applied to each stay.
- Taxes and fees are additional
- Fees do not include any charges for damages that may incur, these will be charged separately after assessment.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

- Free cancellation deadlines are in the property’s timezone.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
